LA LUNE 75
The second full moon of fall is traditionally called the Hunter’s Moon, a captivating name for a captivating moment in the year. Randi Densford, beverage director at Barn8 Farm Restaurant + Bourbon Bar in Goshen, Kentucky, was inspired by the beautiful glow of moonlight when she created the La Lune 75. With its golden saffron syrup and effervescent bubbles, this riff on the French 75 is a truly celebratory cocktail.
